Otter Browser
Otter Browser is a cross-platform, free and open-source web browser that aims to recreate aspects of Opera (12.x) UI using Qt5.
How to Install Otter: (For Debian, Ubuntu and Mint)
1. Open the Terminal (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + T)
2. Type the following command: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otter-browser/release
3. Press Enter or Return and type in your password (Press the Y key if prompted)
4. Type the following command: sudo apt-get update
5. Press Enter or Return
6. Type the following command: sudo apt-get install otter-browser
7. Press Enter or Return and then press Y

2. Type the following command: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otter-browser/release
3. Press Enter or Return and type in your password (Press the Y key if prompted)
4. Type the following command: sudo apt-get update

How to Remove Otter:
1. Open the Terminal (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + T)
2. Type the following command: sudo apt-get remove otter-browser
3. Type the following command: sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:otter-browser/release
1. Open the Terminal (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + T)
2. Type the following command: sudo apt-get remove otter-browser
3. Type the following command: sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:otter-browser/release
Once installed, you'll be able to access it in your menu.
The first time it loads, you'll be greeted with a very basic looking browser. You can click the plus symbol to add a quick link to your start page.
Clicking the plus symbol will bring up a Add Tile dialog box. I added a link to my website and clicked the OK button.
You can add as many tiles as you want.
