LibreWolf
LibreWolf is a fork of the Firefox browser that focuses on privacy, security, and freedom.
You can visit the LibreWolf website for additional information or documentation, source codes, and downloads for multiple platforms.
How to Install LibreWolf:
Go to the Releases webpage from the GitLab website for the most up-to-date version of the program. There are a variety of ways to install it on your Linux system. I will demonstrate installing it using the AppImage.
Download the most current version of the AppImage for your platform. At the time of creating this webpage I downloaded the file LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage. I put all of my AppImage files in an AppImage folder to help keep them organized. Then I right-clicked on the LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage file name and clicked on the Propeties command.

Download the most current version of the AppImage for your platform. At the time of creating this webpage I downloaded the file LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage. I put all of my AppImage files in an AppImage folder to help keep them organized. Then I right-clicked on the LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage file name and clicked on the Propeties command.
Click on the Permissions tab across the top and then click on the empty checkbox next to, "Allow executing file as program."
Then click on the Close button.
If you want to add an icon in your menu then open your Main Menu editor.
When the Main Menu editor loads, click on the New Item button.
This will bring up a Create Launcher dialog box. Then enter the following information: (Use the location of your AppImage next to Command.)
Type: Application
Name: LibreWolf
Command: "/home/tommy/AppImages/LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage" %U
Comment: LibreWolf is a fork of the Firefox browser that focuses on privacy, security, and freedom.
Then click the icon button on the left.
Type: Application
Name: LibreWolf
Command: "/home/tommy/AppImages/LibreWolf-80.0.1-1.x86_64.AppImage" %U

Then click the icon button on the left.
This will bring up a Choose an icon dialog box. I used the icon near the bottom of this webpage as my menu icon. I placed it in an Icons folder on my machine and selected it and then clicked on Open.
Then click the OK button.
Then locate and click on LibreWolf to select it within the Main Menu editor. Click the Move Up button until you have it arranged alphabetically in your list. Then click the Close button.
You should now see LibreWolf in your menu.
Clicking the LibreWolf icon will bring up the LibreWolf browser.
