TeamViewer
TeamViewer is software used to remotely control other devices, desktop sharing, online gaming, web conferencing and file transfer between computers.
If you are new to Ubuntu MATE and you need help figuring out how to use the operating system or if you think you messed up something and you need help fixing it, then TeamViewer might be the software for you. TeamViewer allows you to safely connect your computer to someone else's computer online to receive remote support or just collaborate online. Just make sure you trust the person you are connecting to your computer.
TeamViewer for Linux
"Establish incoming and outgoing remote desktop and computer-to-computer connections for real-time support or access to files, networks and programs. Collaborate online, participate in meetings, chat with other people or groups, and make video calls in one-click. After downloading and installing this software, you’ll have your first session up and running within seconds."
I have repaired computers online via the help of TeamViewer. I have been able to help people that are new to Ubuntu Mate figure out how to use their new operating system without having to leave my house. -- It's a wonderful program!
