How-To Fix "System Program Problem Detected"
If your computer boots up to an annoying error message that says, "System program problem detected," then follow the steps below to get rid of it.
Steps to Remove "System program problem detected:"
1. Open your Terminal and enter: sudo apt install plymouth-x11
2. Press the Enter or Return key and enter your password

2. Press the Enter or Return key and enter your password
3. Then enter: sudo rm /var/crash/*
4. Press the Enter or Return key

5. Then enter: sudo gedit /etc/default/apport (You can replace gedit with your favorite text editor.)
6. Press the Enter or Return key

7. When your text editor loads, locate enabled=1
8. Change the 1 to 0 and save your changes and then exit your text editor.
9. Reboot or restart your system. The problem should no longer appear. If for some reason it returns, then go to the next step.
10. Open your Terminal and enter: sudo dpkg-reconfigure Plymouth
11. Press the Enter or Return key and enter your password
