How-To Fix "Enter password to unlock your login keyring"
If you see the message, "Enter password to unlock your login keyring" everytime you log into Google Chrome or Chromium Web Browser you might feel one of two ways: safe or frustrated. Knowing that you have to enter your password to use your web browser will give you some peace and mind that your user names and passwords are safe. You know that if someone uses your computer they can't automatically log into your account or view sites that have your information stored in the browser. However, if you live alone or trust the people that use your computer, this message can become very annoying.
If you are one of those that are frustrated by that annoying message, then follow the steps below to remove it. I used this solution on Ubuntu MATE 18.04, but it should work on other versions as well.

When your computer returns, open Google Chrome and log in to your Google account. It may prompt you for your username and password. Click the Save button if a dialog box pop-ups that says, "Do you want Google Chrome to save your password for this site?"
You should now be able to use your Google Chrome or Chromium Web Browser without being prompted by that nagging dialog box asking for your password. If it still appears, make sure that the Default keyring folder is still unlocked.
I hope this helped you fix your problem.
