Pinta: Window Menu
The Window menu in Pinta has two options or commands. They are Save All (Ctrl+Alt+A) and Close All (Shift+Ctrl+W). Below those features you'll notice an image name for each image that you currently have open. A dot will be displayed to the left of the active image. You can switch between images using the short cut keys Alt+1 for image one, Alt+2 for image two, Alt+3 for image three, and etc.
The image names listed in the Window menu will be the same names that is listed in the Images Window.

Save All (Ctrl+Alt+A)
The Save All will save each image that was modified since it was open. The original file of each image that was modified will be updated or changed by this command. If you do not want to overwrite your original images, you should use the File, Save As... command to give each image a new name.

The Close All will close every opened image in Pinta. You will not be prompted with a dialog box unless you made changes to any of the images and didn't save the changes.

The Window menu doesn't have a lot of commands within it, but it has some nice features that will help you save some time.
I hope this helped you understand the features within the Window menu.
Take care!
