You can download Min by going to minbrowser.org and then click on the Download Min button.
Then click on the installation file that matches your system. The .deb file extension works for Debian and Ubuntu-based distributions; while, .rpm file extension works for RPM-based distributions. Since I am using Ubuntu MATE, I clicked on the Download .deb button.
You can also download the most current version of the installation file by going to the Releases webpage.
When the program finishes downloading, go to your Downloads folder or the location it downloaded in and open it with your package installer. I am using GDebi as my package installer so all I need to do is double-click the min_1.16.0_amd64.deb file. (Install GDebi in Ubuntu based distributions: sudo apt install gdebi)
The file should open in your Package Installer. Click the Install Package button to start the installation process.
Enter your password when the Authentication dialog box appears. Then click the Authenticate button.
Do not shut the Package Installer until you see the two buttons Reinstall Package and Remove Package buttons.

Remember that Min was written from a development framwork called Electron. "Electron is the main GUI framework behind several notable open-source projects including Atom, GitHub Desktop, Light Table, Visual Studio Code, and WordPress Desktop." -- Wikipedia. If you are not a fan of Electron then you may want to skip installing this browser. Also, if you are looking for a robust browser then this browser is probably not for you. However, if you are looking for a simple browser to just surf the Internet, then give Min a try.
