Gwenview
Gwenview is a fast and easy to use image viewer that is ideal for browsing and displaying a collection of images.
How to Install Gwenview:
1. Open the Terminal (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + T)
2. Type the following command: sudo apt update
3. Press Enter or Return and type in your password
4. Type the following command: sudo apt install gwenview
5. Type Y and press Enter or Return
You can also download an installation file to match your operating system from Releases from pkgs.org or install the program by clicking on the Install on Linux button on the KDE.org website.

Below is an example of using Gwenview to look at some photos in my Wallpapers folder on my computer.
You can enable or disable the Thumbnail Bar by clicking the Thumbnail Bar button at the bottom.
To the left of the Thumbnail Bar icon is the Show Sidebar icon/Hide Sidebar icon. This button works as a toggle switch to enable or disable the sidebar on the left. The sidebar contains three tabs across the bottom: Folders, Information, and Operations. The Folders button will allow you to navigate through the folders on your computer to gain access to your pictures or photos.
The Information button will allow you to look at the image information. You also have the ability to edit the tag of the image.
The Operations button will allow you to make changes to your image.
