Stacer
Stacer is a cleaning utility that removes files that build up on your computer over time. This frees up valuable hard disk space which allows your system to run faster. It is also a monitoring software that allows you to graphically view and manipulate the running processes on your system. It has a very nice overview of available resources such as CPU and memory. It also allows you to kill and application without using the Terminal.

The broom icon represents the System Cleaner. This works similar to CCleaner used in Microsoft Windows. This section clears out Package Caches (files left behind after installing software), Crash Reports (information left behind when your system encounters a problem), Application Logs (events that are logged by software applications), Application Caches (used by applications to store temporary information - this information can help speed up load times), and the contents in the Trash (files that you deleted). You have the ability to turn on or off a section or you can turn them all on by the click of a single button called Select All. Click the magnifying glass icon to start the cleaning process.
