Xviewer has a simple interface. It has a short menu bar and a simple toolbar. The toolbar is made up of a Previous Image button, Next Image button, Shrink Image button, Enlarge Image button, Normal Size button, Fit to Window button, Rotate 90 degrees Left, and Rotate 90 degrees right.
You can use the right or left arrow keys to navigate through your images in a folder.

Clicking on Contents in the Help menu or Pressing F1 will bring up Xviewer's Help dialog box. The Help dialog box contains clickable links to a variety of topics to help you learn how to use the program.

I think Xviewer is a pretty cool image viewer for those who are looking for an image viewer that doesn't have a lot of features to learn.
I hope this helped you understand what Xviewer looks like and a glimpse into how to use it on your system.
