Modren
Modren is a modern store for Linux. It includes support for snaps, flatpaks from Flathub, APT packages and DEBs.
At the time of creating this webpage, this is the first release of the Modren Store (ver. 1.0.0). I'm hoping it will continue to add additional Linux apps. I think it has a nice and clean user interface. Developers can directly add or publish apps to the store, making them easily available for everyone to use.
How To Install Modren
You can install Modren via source code or run it directly from an AppImage. I will demonstrate the AppImage in the images below.
1. Download the AppImage from https://github.com/RudraSwat/modren/releases/

2. Locate the file your downloaded and move it into a folder that you use to organize your AppImages.

5. When the Properties dialog box appears, click on the Permissions tab and place a check in the box next to
"Allow executing file as program." Then click the Close button.
"Allow executing file as program." Then click the Close button.
You should now be able to double-click the file and run it as a portable app and you can also add it to your menu. Open the Menu Editor or Main Menu (mozo in Ubuntu MATE or alacarte the menu editor for GNOME).
When the Main Menu editor appears scroll down on the left and select Administrator and then click the +New Item button on the right. (You may chose a different location if your prefer.)
Enter the following information:
Name: Modren Apps
Command: "/home/tommy/AppImages/Modren.Store-1.0.0.AppImage" %U
Comment: A modern store for Linux users
You can use the icon at the bottom of this page or use your own. Click the OK button when you're done.
(Replace your actual location over mine in order for it to work on your system.)

It should now appear in the center column. You may have to use the Move Up or Move Down buttons on the right to put it in your desired order. Click the Close button when you're finished.
It should now appear in your menu.
Here's what it looks like the first time you open it.
