NumWorks
NumWorks is a easy-to-use graphing calculator that has a modern design and a free online emulator. It is one of the first calculators to use Python instead of a proprietary programming language.
The free online emulator is an actual working model of the NumWorks graphing calculator. It's a great tool for students and teachers and can be used for class presentations and for remote learning. The online emulator or simulator gives you an opportunity to learn how to use the calculator and helps you determine if you want to purchase one for school, work, and/or home.
The NumWorks calculator keypad has similar look to that of a cellphone touch-pad/keypad. The screen is divided in sections or apps, like you would find on a cellphone or tablet. The keyboard is divided into three different sections: the Navigation Section, the Advanced Function Section, and the Numeric Section.

The Numworks website has a great Tutorials section to help you learn how to use each section or app.
It has a great online User Manual or you can download the User Manual in PDF form.
You can also download the free NumWorks emulator on your computer to use when your system doesn't have access to the Internet.
Click the Download the emulator button to download a compressed file that contains the NumWorks emulator.
Move the compressed or zipped file into a folder you want to contain the files for the NumWorks emulator. Then right-click the compressed file and select the Extract Here option to uncompress or extract the files.
It will uncompress three files (background.jpg, epsilon.js, & simulator.html) in a folder.
Double-click the simulator.html file to open the calculator in your default browser.
You can resize the browser to fit the size of the calculator.
Click the OK button to start using the calculator. You are now ready to enter a math problem. As you can see in the image below, the NumWorks emulator works exactly like the hand held NumWorks calculator.
